Concert Series and North Naples Music Festival

The annual Concert Series has inspired the Naples Community since 2008. During November-May, a variety of musical talent performs at our campus with a mix of free and ticketed concerts. Dan Miller and Lew Del Gatto bring together an All-Star Big Band for a special evening of swinging music on Monday, December 3rd. They will be playing a holiday-themed concert featuring the music of the Duke Ellington & Count Basie Orchestras. The second half of the concert will be a Jazz at the Philharmonic-style jam session featuring many of the world-class soloists from the Big Band.

The award-winning Frost Concert Jazz Band is renowned for its outstanding musicianship, inspired performances, soloists, and well-crafted original arrangements. Under the direction of Dr. John Daversa, the large jazz ensemble continues its storied history into a new era. The ensemble has won countless awards including the Downbeat Student Music Awards “Best Graduate Large Ensemble” and 1st place in the College Big Band Division at the Monterey Next Generation Jazz Festival.

Frost CJB has performed at The Blue Whale (Los Angeles, CA), Frank Mantooth Jazz Festival (New Trier, IL), JEN Conference (Dallas, TX), Monterey Jazz Festival (Monterey, CA), and Pinecrest Gardens South Motors Jazz Series (Pinecrest, FL). Most recently, the ensemble has prioritized recording projects, releasing two albums on ArtistShare label, Justin Morell Concerto for Jazz Guitar and Jazz Orchestra featuring Adam Rogers and Europa: Explorations for Large Jazz Ensemble, available everywhere.

You are invited on a musical journey that spans over fifty years of jazz music. We begin in the birthplace of jazz, New Orleans with the genius who created it all, Louis Armstrong. From there we will hear the music of Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Lester Young, Coleman Hawkins, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis and John Coltrane. A free-wheeling excursion from traditional New Orleans jazz to swing to bebop and beyond!

Siberian Virtuosi, the State Ensemble of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is an Ensemble of 11 violinists and a pianist. The Ensemble has given over 2000 concerts during the last 22 years and is known for their energy, unique arrangements, and level of their virtuosity.

Hard Drive Horns is Southwest Florida’s premier Rock and Roll “Horn Band” playing the great music of the 60’s through today. This concert will be “on the lawn” outside the church. Bring a lawn chair and an appetite! There will be local food trucks during the concert with dinner available for purchase.

Cherub Choir
The Cherub Choir is our choir for Pre-K3-Pre-K4. Children perform on special Sundays throughout the year. Rehearsals are during North Naples Kids’ Worship at 9:30 and 11:00 AM in the Cherub Court Preschool 4 Room. Email Karen Palmer at kp2sings@aol.com for more information on the Cherub Choir.

1NewRock Children’s Choir
Join the fun and find out what it means to “3…2…1NewRock!” 1NewRock is for Kindergarten-3rd Grade. Rehearsals are immediately following the first session of North Naples Kids’ Worship in the Village School Music Room on Sunday mornings, 10:30-10:45 AM. Adult and Youth Orchestra

Jubilation Ringers

Contemporary Worship Team

Summer Music Camps

North Naples Church offers band, jazz and chorus for incoming 6th-12th graders who are interested in learning to play an instrument or advance their skills.
